MASMAS is a tiny cafe in the heart of Groningen, located on Oude Kijk in Het Jatstraat (yes, that is a street name!) and is sometimes referred to as "your second living room". Books line the walls, brightly colored pillows decorate every piece of furniture, plants hang from the ceiling, and its customers are so regular and loyal, they might as well be family.

On Sunday, March 27th, 2016, I completed my second and final Masters Recital at Arizona State University. The event truly commemorated all that I had learned these past two years from my teachers and peers at ASU. As I prepare to move onto the next chapter in my life, I fondly recall how each piece of this recital uniquely showcased the achievements I have made since I began my degree. Please enjoy the following recordings (made by Trevor Gipper) and their respective importance in my musical growth.

July 31st, 2015 8 PM: The House Plant house show began with the soothing and rich vibrations of the steel pan. Two members of the Seattle Women's Steel Pan Project, Anna Mines and Oriana Estrada, showcased a set of two traditional songs and Bob Marley's "Is This Love?" to the warm and receptive house audience. 

I have finally completed my first ever business card, and, after having created this website, I am now fully marketable! The process of creating a personalized site and a personalized card has been extremely fun for me. I love being able to design a specialized identity via an internet presence while simultaneously drawing up a reduced, simplified version of my professional self to use in real life, face to face encounters.
